Our client, a leading international hotel and resort acquisition and development company, is currently looking for an experienced management accountant to join its existing Asia Pacific team.



Reporting to the Assistant Group Financial Controller, the incumbent will be involved in producing detailed monthly management accounts, reviewing management accounts and variance analysis, preparing year end accounts for audit and liaising with auditors, providing performance analysis and identifying key potential operations/process improvements, producing monthly revenue analysis, assisting with the preparation of key performance indicators, involved in budgeting and forecasting by preparing models, reviewing budgetary methodology, etc.



To qualify, you must be suitably qualified with a bachelors degree in accounting or related field with 3 to 6 years relevant experience. You must have solid knowledge of excel, have solid business modelling experience and be highly systems literate. Experience in Oracle financials, Hyperion and other large ERP environments preferred. Strong communication skills are essential.
