Our client is a global IT services provider, giving end-to-end technology solutions to Fortune 500 companies world-wide. A vacancy exists in their Singapore office for a Legal Counsel with a minimum of 4 years post qualified experience. Responsibilities include advising management on legal and business risks associated with transactions; advising sales and business unit on tender negotiation; the drafting, reviewing and negotiating IT contracts including, but not limited to outsourcing, distribution and system integration agreements. Experience of IT contracts and general corporate commercial legal matters is required. Admission to the Singapore bar, or other Asian jurisdiction is desirable, plus excellent oral and written English language skills. Some travel throughout the region will be expected.
