Our client is a successful Dutch EQD prop trading house, opening new office in Chengdu , China. They are seeking 3 - 4 senior developers to trained into Project Managers, who will manage their own team of developers.
Function Profile:
- Participation in the development of trading system;
- Management of international product software development projects.
Candidate Profile:
- BS/MS in Computer science from an accredited engineering school.;
- 3+ years of C/C++ software design and development experience;
- Strong knowledge in Windows C++ development, familiar with Visual C++(VC++), COM+, MFC and ATL;
- Experience in IPC socket and networking development;
- Experience in OOA/OOD, UML;
- Familiar with CMMI or Scrum;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required and be self-motivated;
- Fluent in English communication, international travel might be required;
- Having stock and trading knowledge is a plus;
- Experience in Unix/Linux C++ development is a bonus.
