Our client is a digital design and development specialist agency and part of a leading global media network. The agency specialises in delivering effective online solutions for global financial services firms and other leading brands in Europe, Asia and North America. As a result of growth in the region an opportunity exists for a dynamic, digital-savvy individual with strong project management experience to join the team as Client Services Manager.
Based in Hong Kong and working closely with the Managing Director, you will run projects, manage and develop client relationships and be an integral part of new business development for the agency. You will be the key liaison between the client and the agency's team of designers and developers.
To qualify individuals must possess:
-4+ years of project management experience in new media and/or marketing
-Experience conducting user research & developing information architecture for websites
-Excellent knowledge of internet design, build practices and web technologies
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Project), Adobe Illustrator and Visio
-Exceptional presentation and communication skills
-Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
