A newly created role has arisen within the legal team of this US company in their Beijing facility. Our client is a leading biotechnology and life sciences organization with aggressive expansion plans into Asia. Reporting to the head of legal for Asia Pacific, the successful incumbent will be responsible for vetting, drafting and negotiating on a variety of English and Chinese contracts and agreements and specifically related to construction and procurement contracts. Experience of managing disputes would also be advantageous. Candidates with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience, some of which should be related to construction matters are invited to apply. Our client is looking for a PRC lawyer with both English and Mandarin drafting skills.
