Our client, a renowned Fashion Retail Company, who is now looking for a Shop Manager to join at their retail operations in Hong Kong.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and maximize sales and profit contribution of the brand
- Responsible for shop management, planning and implementation of retail operations
- Supervise staff to provide high standard of customer service
- Inventory management and visual merchandising
Job Requirements:
- F.5 or above with minimum 5 years experience in fashion retail operations
- At least 2 years in managerial experience is a MUST
- Strong passion in retail industry and possess all-rounded skills
- Aggressive, energetic, team player, independent and able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and people management skills
