Our client is a renowned global organisation with a strong brand presence and ambitious growth plans. Due to exciting developments, they are now looking for a seasoned and driven finance professional to join their operation in Macau.
Reporting to the Controller and leading a sizable team, you will be accountable for the smooth-running of the finance and operations team in Macau. Your major responsibilities include: the preparation of financial and management reports, credit control, treasury as well as statutory audits. Your expertise and professional advice will also be required by various business units in the areas of procurement and sales. By carrying out operational reviews to identify potential risks, you are also to assess and enhance the efficiency, effectiveness and adequacy of existing workflows and controls.
To qualify individuals must possess:
*A degree in an Accounting/Finance discipline with a professional accounting qualification
*A minimum of 10 years experience, with exposure gained with an MNC
*Trading/Distribution industry experience
*Strong initiative, willingness to be hands-on and a flexible work style
*Effective communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
