Our client is one the of premier property developers in Hong Kong. They first ventured into property development in 1969. They develop high-end luxury commercial, residential and hotels in Hong Kong, Greater China and across the international platform. Their portfolio includes some of Hong Kong's largest private development projects and an increasing number of landmark developments in Mainland China.
They are currently seeking a Project Manager to support a Luxury Serviced Apartment and Commercial development in Shenzhen. They ideal candidate will have an architecture background with over 7 years experience in Project Management. Fluent in Mandarin and English is a must. Successful applicant will be based in Shenzhen with traveling allowance to return to Hong Kong every weekend.
