Job details Our Client is not only a public listed company but also leader in toys manufacturing industry. Currently, they are looking for high calibre candidates to join their winning team in their China office.

Job Responsibilities:

- Contribute to formulate business strategy as a team member of Operation leadership team.
- Formulate strategies, standards and procedures for Quality system of the whole company and drive implementation to achieve the KPI.
- Provide professional advices on engineering and manufacturing functions for improving the efficiency and effectiveness in product development and product assembly.
- Provide quick failure analysis and follow up on corrective actions.
- Lead and manage a team of quality professionals and drive for continuous improvements.
- Liaise with customers with quality related matters.
- Drive supplier quality management including factory audit and appraisal.

Job Requirements:

- Degree in Quality Management / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- 5 years plus solid managerial experience in quality management gained from manufacturing environments.
- Familiar with toys manufacturing is a MUST.
- Expertise in implementation of system as TQM, ASTM, ISO 9000, EN71, ICTI and Six sigma is preferred.
- Mature, analytical thinking, systematic, problem solving skills with good interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
- Based in DongGuan, Guangdong.
