About Our Client Our Client is a Fortune 500 company and is a world leading diversified manufacturer of motion and control technology and systems. Most recently, they acquired an Asia company with strong compounding and precision molding capabilities and integrated it into the international Industrial segment. A strong Financial Controlled is sought to best represent the company's interests and ensure corporate compliance.

Job Description: Reporting to the General Manager based in Wuxi with a dotted reporting line into China Controller based in Shanghai, you will lead the full finance function for the business as well as support the decision making in strategic growth. With responsibility for group reporting and consolidating, financial analysis, budgeting and local taxation, you will also lead the improvement of the internal controls environment and implementation of global policies.

The Successful Applicant: You will be a CPA/ACCA qualified accountant with at least 8 years experience, some of which is in a US multinational environment. Experience in manufacturing/production environment would be a distinct advantage. Strength of character, attention to detail, and an ability to build and inspire a local team are essential as is fluency in English and Mandarin.
