Responsibilities:
- Provide first line support on trading applications in Asia region
- Participate in maintaining the growth of high performance storage environments and database across multiple global regions
- Infrastructure Support in research and execution operations
- Backup support for US and Europe platforms
- Software tuning and testing, health check, QA
Ideal candidate:
- Experience and knowledge in quantitative/low latency/high frequency/high throughput/high availability/distributed trading platform
- Experience in supporting server, storage, database infrastructure
- Perform multiple tasks in a fast pace environment
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
Technical Skills:
- Strong Database language – SQL, etc
- Competent in scripting language such as Perl, Shell, Python, etc
- FIX protocol
- Experience with Linux/Unix/MS Windows administration and networking
- File Systems – NFS/Lustre/GFS,etc
- HP/IBM technology
