Our Transactions Group offers a fully integrated pre- and post-acquisition service including financial, IT systems and tax due diligence and structuring advice. We assist vendors, strategic buyers and financial investors in structuring tax-efficient deals, and uncovering potential financial and strategic risks or opportunities. Due to the rapid growth of our financial services due diligence business, we are now preparing to recruit senior manager and managers for the Financial Due Diligence team in Shanghai. These managers will provide acquisition and other transaction related services to overseas investors looking to enter China’s financial services sector. The applicant will manage and lead medium size due diligence projects and assist Partners to develop Transaction related advisory services in Financial Services industry.
Requirements
*
Extensive relevant financial services experience including audit, due diligence, transaction services and consulting, with a strong preferred for experience in the securities and fund management industry;
*
Thorough understanding of regulations for the securities and fund management sector preferably with practical experience of licence applications for joint ventures in the sector;
*
Experiences in professional financial services firms or equivalent background preferred;
*
China or overseas CPA qualified and technically strong;
*
Experienced in managing a team of staff on medium-sized projects;
*
Experienced in managing multinational companies and domestic clients;
*
Excellent business sense and commercially aware;
*
Excellent financial and business analytical skills;
*
Able to think strategically;
*
Familiar with risk management issues;
*
Excellent communication skills in English

Team players, who work effectively under pressure;

Hands-on in unravelling commercial complexities; and
