Our client, an Am Law 100 rank of US firms is building up the Shanghai IP Transactional Practice. Now they have fantastic career opportunities in our Beijing and Shanghai offices for commercial lawyers to join our China Commercial Intellectual Property Practice.
The ideal candidate should have post qualification experience in a dynamic in-house or private practice environment and a good continuous background and experience in corporate/commercial, private equity, mergers & acquisitions and foreign direct investments will be considered favorably. Of particular interest is someone with strong acumen, China market knowledge and corporate/commercial experience gained within another top international law firm and ability to draft commercial contracts is required. Candidates with a background in chemistry, life sciences, engineering and/or technological industries would be at an advantage.
Requirements:
PRC or USA qualified attorney with 3-7 years of experience
Excellent English-language communication drafting skills
Experience in corporate/commercial, private equity, mergers & acquisitions and foreign direct investments will be considered favorably
With a background in chemistry, life sciences, engineering and/or technological industries would be at an advantage.
Organized and able to work independently
Ability to handle multiple tasks
